Z kolei znana jest korelacja pomi\u0119dzy wariantami genu receptora melatoniny (MTNR1B) a ryzykiem wyst\u0105pienia cukrzycy typu-2. Ponadto p\u00f3\u017aniejsze spo\u017cycie posi\u0142ku spowodowa\u0142o ni\u017cszy poziom insuliny oraz wy\u017csze st\u0119\u017cenie glukozy we krwi. <mark>Dodatkowo osoby z allelem G genu MTNR1B mia\u0142y wy\u017cszy poziom cukru we krwi po spo\u017cyciu p\u00f3\u017anej kolacji od os\u00f3b, kt\u00f3re nie posiada\u0142y tego wariantu genu.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z eksperymentu wynika, \u017ce p\u00f3\u017ane spo\u017cywanie posi\u0142k\u00f3w zaburza kontrol\u0119 poziomu glukozy we krwi.
