  1. The administrator of the personal data is TextBiotech Małgorzata Obuchowicz located in Brwinów.
  2. Definitions
    1. Personal data is all information about a natural person identifiable by factors determining identity (physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, social), including device IP, location data, Internet identifier and information collected through cookies.
    2. RODO – Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
    3. Service – the website operated by the Administrator
    4. User – any natural person visiting the Service
  3. Processing of personal data
    1. In connection with the use of the Website, the Administrator collects personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of providing the services, as well as information about User activity on the Website.
  4. Purpose of personal data processing
    1. In order to provide services electronically in the scope of making available the content collected on the Website, making the training platform available, making contact forms available, as necessary for performance of the agreement (Article 6(1) RODO)
    2. For the purpose of handling complaints pursuant to Article 6(1) of the RODO
    3. For analytical and statistical purposes, consisting in conducting analyses of Users’ activities and their preferences in order to improve applied functionalities and provided services (pursuant to art. 6. U. 1 RODO)
    4. For marketing purposes of the Administrator and other entities, connected with: presenting advertisements, sending e-mail notifications about interesting offers, containing commercial materials
    5. For the purposes of marketing activities, in some cases the Administrator uses profiling (automatic processing of data in order to evaluate selected factors concerning natural persons for the analysis of their behavior.
    6. The Administrator processes personal data of Users visiting the Administrator’s profiles in social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram). This data is processed only in connection with the profile, in order to inform Users about the Administrator’s activities, to promote the Services and to communicate with Users pursuant to Article 6(1) of the RODO
    7. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users visiting the Administrator’s profiles on the Clickmeeting webinar service. This data is processed for the purpose necessary to perform the contract on the basis of Article 6(1) of the RODO, and to contact Users via email for the purpose of presenting commercial offers and promoting Services on the basis of Article 6(1) of the RODO.
  5. Storage period of personal data
    1. Data is processed for the period necessary for the purpose of its storage or as long as it is legally required, in particular until the statute of limitations for claims or the expiration of archiving obligations under the law, including the obligation to store accounting documents.
    2. In the case of personal data processed for the purposes of e-mail marketing, Users’ personal data will be processed until they resign from the service or discontinue it.
  6. User’s rights
    1. Right to information about the processing of personal data – at the request of the User, the Administrator is obliged to provide information about the processing of personal data within the scope of the data held, the entities to which the data are disclosed and the planned date of their deletion.
    2. Right to obtain backup copies – on this basis the Administrator shall provide a copy of the processed data concerning the person making the request.
    3. Right to rectification – at the request of the User, the Administrator is obliged to remove any inconsistencies or errors in the processing of personal data.
    4. Right to erasure – on the request of the User the Administrator is obliged to erase the personal data.
    5. Right to restriction of processing – at the request of the User, the Administrator shall be obliged to cease operations on personal data, with the exception of operations that have been consented to by the data subject.
    6. Right to object to processing for marketing purposes – the data subject may object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
    7. Right to object to other purposes of processing – The data subject may at any time object to the processing of personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller (for analytical and statistical purposes).
    8. Right to withdraw consent – If the data are processed on the basis of consent, the User has the right to withdraw it at any time.
    9. Right to complain – If the processing of personal data is considered to violate data protection regulations, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    10. A request regarding the exercise of Users’ rights may be submitted by e-mail to bioeducator@bioeducator.eu.
    11. The application should contain the following information: what right the applicant wants to exercise, what process the processing concerns (e.g. use of the service, e-mail marketing)
    12. If the Administrator is unable to determine what the request concerns, it will contact the requester.
    13. The request will be responded to within 30 working days of receipt and provided to the email address from which the request was sent.
  7. Recipients of personal data
    1. In connection with the provision of services, personal data shall be disclosed to external entities, in particular: the operator of the Clickmeeting website, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal, auditing services, courier companies.
    2. In the case of obtaining the User’s consent, his/her personal data may be made available to other entities for their own purposes, including marketing purposes.
    3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the User to the proper authorities or to third parties, who will submit a request for such information on the basis of an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of the law in force.
  8. Security of personal data
    1. The Administrator conducts ongoing risk analysis to ensure that personal data is processed in a secure, recorded manner
